The brewery B94 was founded in 2008 in Lecce, the capitai of Salento peninsula, extreme edge of ltaly, whose territory has always been dedicated to wine production, where the passion and research accrued over the years have allowed Raffaele Longo to give the Salento a new reality in order to add with his beers a new life to an already rich and varied food scene.
The beers brewed without any pasteurization treatment or microfiltration are inspired by continental styles of high and low fermentation.
