The family roots group together our creations that are linked to the land through the use of special local ingredients, which give delicate olfactory and taste notes that are always in balance with the canonical beer ingredients, malt and hops.

SARGENISKA is a Fruit Saison beer produced with the addition of watermelon juice during fermentation and hibiscus flowers left in infusion during the whole aging period. It’s a pale beer with pinkish hues, white and fine foam and at the nose releases fruity notes of apple, rose and fig. The taste is crispy and dry with notes of watermelon and apple and the final is slightly bitter and refreshing.
It is a harmonious drink when matched with cheese aperitifs and raw fish dishes and it is perfect to quench thirst in sunny days.

Double malt beer golden color with amber shades, creamy and compact froth, brewed with malted barley and wheat, water, quince jam, hop and yeast. lt’s a “fruity beer” whose generous use ofjam used charaderizes its fresh and syrup’s fruit aroma. Balanced freshness in the mouth. Ideal paired with whites main courses, whites meats and seasoned cheeses. A clean fruity aroma exalts dried desserts or tarts, marzipan, mousses and “semifreddi”.

Double malt Coffee Stout style beer with a dark ebony color and a light, velvety body. The aroma and taste, fragrant and delicate, are imparted by “Selezione Supremo” coffee from the lecce roasting company “Valentino Caffè”, the main ingredient in this beer brewed with water, light and dark barley malts, oats, coffee, hops and yeast.
Tasty with a moderate body, ideal for sipping alone or in company, excellent paired with seafood, smoked dishes of all kinds and roasted red meats, also easy to drink on chocolate desserts and dried fruit.

Tripel golden color beer brewed with water, barley & wheat malt, candy sugar, hop and yeast, homemade thyme honey which gives it a fruity, typical of the Mediterranean. The sweetness and spice of Salento thyme honey balance the moderate bitterness at the end. Santirene is a strong beer, despite the initial impression of both innocence and lightness.
The ideal pairing is with fat & juicy meat but it’s also fabulous with structured cheeses and dry desserts like fruit tarts or pie pastry.

“IGA / ltalian Grape Ale” full-bodied beer, bright aspect, brewed with water, barley malt, oats, hop and yeast together with “vincotto” from grape must, brown candy sugar, spices (vanilla and china). All those ingredients together characterize the organoleptic and gustative side of this beer. The nose is spicy and fruity, while in the mouth is fresh & acidic at the beginning that turns into malts’ and spices’ sweetness, together with a peaty note. Dry and bitter end.
Full body beer, that pairs perfedly with tasty meat dishes, full body aged cheeses, cured meats, rich, spicy meats but also versatile enough to be sipped alone to enjoy it.
